PRODUCT INFORMATION

Such variations are considered normal and shall not be treated as defects.

MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

LOOZME products are produced specifically after an order has been placed.

As a result, returns, exchanges, and cancellations may be subject to the policies outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

SIZING RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for reviewing the size chart and selecting the appropriate size before placing an order.

LOOZME shall not be responsible for incorrect size selections made during checkout.

CUSTOM DESIGN ORDERS

Custom design, personalized, and special-request products are prepaid only.

Once payment has been completed, custom design orders cannot be cancelled, modified, exchanged, returned, or refunded unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices displayed on the website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).

LOOZME reserves the right to update product prices, promotional offers, shipping fees, or service charges at any time without prior notice.

Orders will be charged according to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

Cash on Delivery may be available on eligible orders and may include an additional COD handling fee.

LOOZME reserves the right to restrict or disable COD services for customers who repeatedly refuse deliveries or misuse the service.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

LOOZME reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at its sole discretion.

This may include orders suspected of fraud, abuse, unauthorized transactions, pricing errors, or violations of these Terms of Service.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content available on the LOOZME website, including but not limited to logos, graphics, product designs, images, text, branding elements, and creative content, is the property of LOOZME or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

LOOZME shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, website, or services.

Our liability, where applicable, shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant order.
